In 2023, the Nordic Harp Meeting took place at the Estonian Traditional Music Center in Viljandi, Estonia, from Friday 13 October to Sunday 15 October 2023. It was organised by Triin Parktal.

Participants had the possibility to enjoy several harp playing workshops for beginners and advanced players, workshops with Estonian/Latvian kannel/kanklės, hiiu kannel/jouhikko/bowed lyre and traditional singing and dancing.Teachers shared traditional tunes, medieval music, improvisation, therapeutic music and harp playing to accompany songs.

Following the tradition of previous NHMs, there were also exciting lectures, a unifying allspel, a fun evening with traditional dances, and a beautiful concert with the teachers.
