  • Send an email to , including following information:
  • Your name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Valid email address
  • Instrument(s) and level (beginner/intermediate/advanced/professional).
    [Please include only those instruments which you really intend to bring along, since it is not particularly relevant whether you play church organ too.]
  • Possible restrictions regarding food, allergies etc
  • whether you can bring an extra instrument or need to borrow one
  • whether you will book accomodation at the hostel or are interested in asketic accomodation at home of the organising team (no guarantees can be given).
  • whether you’re on Facebook (might be useful for last-minute updates)
