Three steps of registration:

If you want to participate in the Nordic Harp Meeting 2011 at Broby Gamle Skole, please complete the following three steps:
1. Pay the registration fee
2. Send an email with personal information
3. Book yourself hostel (if you need a bed)


1. Pay the registration fee in advance. Without payment, your registration will not be valid! Here you can read how much it is and what is included into the fee. Remember that those who register before the 1st of September will have a reduction of 50 DKK.

2. Send following information to this email address:

- your full name, address and telephone number
- which workshops you are most interested in. Please indicate your priorities (this is needed for an optimal workshop schedule)
- which instruments you are bringing (if so)
- which level you feel to belong to (beginner, intermediate, advanced, professional)
- if you come by car (we need this information to calculate the number of parking places needed)
- those who registered prior to 20th September: please indicate your food preferences (herbivore, carnivore, insectivore etc) and/or allergies.

Your registration won't be valid until the arrival of your payed registration fee.

UPDATE, 20 SEPTEMBER: The maximum capacity of the school is reached. This means that we cannot provide food and accomodation for more people than those who have registered so far. You are welcome to participate in the workshops,lectures,concerts etc, but will have to find your own food and accomodation.


3. If you need accomodation in a bed, you have to book it yourself. Click here to read some possibilities for hostels and B&B.
Attention: Costs of hostel or B&B are not included in the registration fee.
