There is only one fee which you pay to participate in the whole meeting: Included are all workshops, lectures, concerts, allspel etc.
For those who registered before 20 September, the fee also includes the possibility of primitive accomodation on a mattress (bring your own sheets and sleeping bag), as well as all meals and coffee from breakfast on Friday to lunch on Sunday.
For those registering after 20 September, food and mattresses cannot be provided since the maximum capacity of the school has been reached by now.

For administrative reasons, the registration fee has to be paid in advance, when you register for the meeting.

Registration fee since 1st September: DKK 800 / EUR 105
Students/children: DKK 750 / EUR 99

If a cancellation happens prior to 1st September, the full fee will be paid back. If your participation is cancelled after 1st September, the fee will be repaid minus 10% handling charge.
